OREANDA-NEWS. February 02, 2012. A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of TATNEFT, chaired by R.N. Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held in Kazan, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

The Board of Directors summed up the results of TATNEFT budget execution for 2011 and approved the budget for February 2012.

The Board of Directors was informed about the current state of the development of Mordovo-Karmalskoye extra-viscous oil field.

The Board of Directors reviewed a number of issues for the preparation of the annual general meeting of shareholders on the results of TATNEFT operations in 2011.

The Board of Directors also considered a number of other issues of TATNEFT activity.
