OREANDA-NEWS. February 1, 2012. In 2010 Federal Labour and Employment Service of The State Labour Inspection of Ivanovskaya region launched the project named The Declaring of the Activity of Enterprises on Realization of Employment Rights of Employees and Employers. The staff of Kineshemskiy Khlebokombinat participating in the project directed an application to The State Labour Inspection of Ivanovskaya region, filled in all the corresponding documents, provided information about the activity of the enterprise, about the measures being taken in the spheres of labour protection, employees’ rights observance, etc. After executing the application the industrial complex was inspected by the special authorised committee. 

Oleg Gubin, the chief of The State Labour Inspection, mentioned that the given mark of distinction is presented to enterprises which display utter activity on development of social partnership, creation of safety working conditions, comfortable sanitary conditions at work positions.  

In the opinion of Viktor Matveyev, the Chief Executive of Kineshemskiy Khlebokombinat, participation in the project and getting the Certificate not only had a positive impact on business reputation of the enterprise as the reliable and attractive employer, but also provided additional guarantees to the staff of the industrial complex and allowed the enterprise to reach the new qualitative level of the staff’s health defense.

Getting The Certificate of Trust to the Employer implies entering the information about its owner to the Register of employers who reliably observe employees’ labour rights. Currently in Ivanovskaya region there are six enterprises possessing The Certificate of Trust to the Employer.
