OREANDA-NEWS. February 1, 2012. Metrowagonmash (a part of CJSC Transmashholding) will produce nine metro cars of 81-740.4К/81-741.4К model in the first quarter of 2012.

In accordance with the signed contract, three trains of three-car version will be transferred to the Kazan subway in March of the current year. It will be the second delivery of Mytischi metro cars to the capital of Tatarstan. First three trains of 740 series, which were put into operation in 2011, are still in service.

Car passenger compartments are equipped with HVAC system, which works in different modes, depending on the weather changes. The cars are equipped with seats of semirigid design in vandal-proof version, which ensures their long life cycle. Root table with LED indication of the train position on the track and two @running letters@ tables are installed in the car compartment for passenger information. The doors are safe for passengers and exclude spontaneous opening.

 The car is equipped with an automatic fire detection and extinguishing system, coating of internal surfaces is done from not easily combustible materials.

The produced cars are in compliance with all technical requirements of fire safety, electrical safety and ecological cleanness, sanitary regulations and rules. The car design allows to ensure convenient and safe access to assemblies and mechanisms during operation, maintenance and repair.

The car electrical equipment has an automatic [protection from emergency mode in the power circuit, control circuit and auxiliary equipment circuits. The head car compartment can be equipped with the place for a wheelchair by the request of the customer.
