OREANDA-NEWS.  February 1, 2012.  "Zavolzhskiy motorny zavod" (a branch in SOLLERS Group) according to results of 2011 increased production by 7% and sale of goods in comparison with results of 2010.

 Totally in 2011, 80 744 engines of all modifications were produced under customer orders: automotive plants and dealer organizations.

From them under orders of Uljanovskiy automotive plants, which is main customer of ZMZ engines, 60 761 engines were sold, it is by 13,7% more than fact of last year. Annual volume of shipment to GAZ Group amounted to 997 engines (state order), to "Pavlovskiy avtobus" 5 346 engines, that is lower than in 2010 correspondently by 49% and 13%.

 Herewith positive dynamic is achieved on increase of produced engines quality level. Due to introduction of corrective actions on excluding of defects and actions of plant program in quality sphere according to results of 2011 internal defectness revealed in internal test benches was decreased by 25%, and by 42% - external defectness revealed in automotive plants-customers (UAZ, PAZ).

 Quantity of claims was decreased by 30%. Warranty costs for repair of engines were reduced by 11%, that allowed to achieve savings in 2.0 mln RUR.
