OREANDA-NEWS. January 31, 2012. OMZ concluded a contract to supply equipment for Novokuybishevskiy oil refinery, which enters Rosneft.

In the framework of the contract Izhorskie Zavody, part of OMZ Group, will produce heavy reactor equipment for combined plant, which is under construction at refinery Novokuibyshevskiy hydrocracking complex. The reactor vessel will be made of forged shells with internal cladding corrosion. Basic material is SA-336Gr.F22V steel. Surfacing will be made from 347SS steel.

The reactors will be built promptly and delivered to the construction site no later than September 2013, which will provide the launch in the framework of period indicated by the Russian government (up to the end of 2014).

The composition of manufactured equipment includes vacuum gas oil hydrocracking reactor R-101 weighing 744 tons and with a height of 44.9 meters; reactor of the 1st stage of hydrocracking R-102 weighing 664 tons and a height of 39.5 meters; reactor of the 2nd stage of hydrocracking R- 103 weighing 547 tons and with a height of 27.6 meters and a hydrotreating reactor R-201 weighing 805 tons and with a height of 29.3 meters. All reactors will be built supplied with with internals.
