OREANDA-NEWS. February 01, 2012. ATFBank (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE by the official letter that its Board of Directors made the following decisions on deals of its interest, reported the press-centre of KASE:

а) ratify treasury deals made with the UniCredit Group members for the  period from October 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011;

б) ratify deals of Department of Transactional and Corporate Products Development of ратифицированы for the period from October 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011;

в) approve signing of an additional agreement to the agreement on market maker services on open-ended Eurobonds with ATF Finance.
