Premium class passengers on board Estonian Air flight on Tallinn-Brussels-Tallinn route will be served with the meals prepared in gourmet restaurant Leib Resto & Aed and served by Kristjan Peaske, the Head Sommelier of the restaurant, reported the press-centre of Estonian Air.

Restaurant Leib Resto & Aed loves simple, soulful food made from the finest, freshest local ingredients. With a similar commitment in the approach the Premium Class menu has been prepared for Estonian Air that can be enjoyed throughout January. The menu consists of twelve different meals, but the serving of the meal depends on the length of the flight.
For instance, the Premium class passengers can enjoy smoked salmon with cauliflower mash or meatballs with potato rosti. For a dessert a sea-buckthorn and black bread dessert with sour cream or pannacotta with black currant gelee.

Starting from 1 September 2011, Estonian Air Premium class passengers are served a onboard menu prepared by the master chefs of best restaurants of Estonia. Within twelve month period every month a different restaurant with different menu is presented.

The restaurant project was launched in order to present the high level of Estonian restaurants to Estonians and foreigners visiting Estonia. Estonian Air hopes it will make flights memorable, to provide passengers with new taste experiences, by diversifying the menu and showing different approaches of Estonian chefs in food making through variety of tastes and raw materials.
The sky restaurant project has received very positive feedback from Estonian Air’s passengers. On one hand, clients can enjoy the meals made by the finest restaurants in Estonia, while on the other, it is an exciting challenge for the restaurants themselves as well.
