In her letter, Liudmila Lis, Director of Belarusbank branch #606, says: “To provide our customers with best possible service, we equipped the bank’s premises with the automated queue management system developed by IBA.

The IBA queue management system proved to be of a high technical level. In addition, we would like to underscore a high proficiency level of the IBA experts when implementing and maintaining the system.

Belarusbank thanks IBA for beneficial cooperation and hopes to receive further IBA assistance in implementation of the bank’s plans.”
