OREANDA-NEWS.  January 31, 2012. On these days, KAMAZ welcomes specialists of KAMAZ’s strategic partner – Daimler – including Dr. Frank Hetz, OMCD.

The main aim of the German partners’ visit was to provide the guidelines of further cooperation, integration of Production System KAMAZ and TOS Daimler. During a strategic planning session held on these days, the lean managers of the both parties focused their attention on the most urgent issues. In particular, one of the workshops was devoted to the work on the system of assessment of financial impact of projects, and also differences in assessment of results of lean projects in future periods. A workshop on direct processes was also held.

The working meetings are attended not only by specialists of the Committee for Development of Production System KAMAZ, but also managers of many departments of OJSC KAMAZ interested in the integration of two cultures.
