OREANDA-NEWS. January 31, 2012. The total revenues of consolidated budget of Ukraine for 2011 amounted to 398,310.4 million UAH that by 83,804.1 million UAH or 26.6 percent more than in 2010 (excluding in 2010 debt repayment of previous years to recover VAT by issuing government bonds under the special fund budget in the amount of 16.4 billion UAH versus to last year revenues increased by 20.4 percent or 67,368.2 million UAH).

In 2011, the State Budget of Ukraine received 314,572.5 million UAH that by 73,957.2million UAH or 30.7 percent more than the corresponding figure for 2010 (excluding in 2010 debt repayment of previous years to recover VAT by issuing government bonds under the special fund budget in the amount of 16.4 billion UAH versus to 2010 revenues increased by 22.4 percent or 57,521.3 million UAH).

Tax revenues to the State Budget of Ukraine for the reporting period amounted to 261,605 million UAH that by 94,732.8 million UAH or 56.8 percent more than the revenues for 2010 (excluding in 2010 debt repayment of previous years to recover VAT by issuing government bonds under the special fund of state budget in the amount of 16.4 billion UAH versus to 2010 revenues increased by 42.7 percent, or 78,296.9 million).

Non-tax revenues to the State Budget amounted to 49,043.4 million UAH that by 16,024.3 million UAH or 24.6 percent less than the corresponding figure in 2010. This is explained by a change in budget classification in 2011, when some revenues accounted as nontax revenues had been transferred to the tax (rental fees, fees on fuel and energy resources, etc.).

The general fund of the State Budget received 265,822.6 million UAH for 2011 that more than budgetary sheet by 3.3 percent or 8,495.5 million UAH. Versus 2010, actual revenues to the general fund of state budget increased by 58,350 million UAH or 28.1 percent.
