OREANDA-NEWS. January 31, 2012. The Resolution of the Cabinet Ministers of Ukraine "On determining the limit of cars that serve executive power" on December 26, 2011 № 1399 almost in twice reduced the limit of cars for central and local executive authorities.

According to the Resolution, cars that are on balance of the executive authorities and released in connection with the installation limit shall be sold in certain legislation, or should be transferred to the balance of another Budget Institution.

Innovation is provided by the resolution a ban to the executive authorities to rent (hire) cars over the determined limit.

It should be noted that state agencies are set limit value of rent cars in the amounts of expenses approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 4, 2001 № 332 "On limit of the cost of buying cars, furniture, equipment and other equipment, mobile phones, computers' feature will let state agencies and institutions and organizations, are kept by state and local budgets".

Implementation of the decision of the Government will reduce expenses on maintenance of executive power.
