OREANDA-NEWS.  January 31, 2012. The North-Western Directorate of OJSC IC Allianz (ROSNO trademark) has concluded a voluntary appraiser’s liability insurance contract with Aurora Consulting Severo-Zapad Ltd. The contractual insurance amount is 100,000,000 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The insurance contract covers the appraising company’s civil liability under obligations arising due to damage inflicted to any customer having concluded a property appraisal contract, as well as any property damage inflicted to third parties.

ROSNO will be obliged to pay compensation by virtue of a legally consummated arbitration award or a fact of damage, recognized by the insurer, due to the appraiser’s actions violating the RF legal provisions regulating appraisal activities; federal appraisal standards, appraisal standards and rules set by the self-regulating organization of appraisers, whose membership was held by the appraiser at the moment when the said damage was inflicted. The contract will be valid for one year.
