OREANDA-NEWS.  January 30, 2012. The Bank of Moscow at the instructions of ZAO Investstroy-15 has issued 10 guarantees to the total amount of RUR 9.76 bln to the benefit of OAO Main Administration for the Armed Forces Living Arrangements and Development.

In 2011 loan agreements between the Bank of Moscow and ZAO Investstroy-15 were entered into to the total amount of over RUR 10 bln for the purpose of housing construction for the enlisted personnel under the order of the Russian Ministry of Defence and for the construction of three preventorium health resorts in Anapa.

The Bank of Moscow has been actively cooperating with ZAO Investstroy- 15 in the sphere of crediting since 2008. Over this period of time the borrower has used and repaid loans to the total amount of RUR 4.79 bln.
