OREANDA-NEWS. January 30, 2012. In 2012, the largest exhibition of real estate in Russia will be held at Lenexpo. ExpoForumJSC and Vistavka Ltd have signed an agreement to hold the Real Estate Fair in the only specialised exhibition complex in t.Petersburg.

The XXIV Real Estate Fair, organised by Vistavka, will take place from the 30th of March until the 1st of April in pavilions 7 and 8. The fair has existed since the year 2000, and has since taken place twice a year thanks to the support of the St.Petersburg and Leningrad region governments. Today, it is the largest project of this type in all of Russia, uniting under one roof more than 400 companies and 30,000 visitors.

 ExpoForum will be the operator of the exhibition complex until the end of 2013. The general director of the exhibition, Olga Shuldiner, explains why the decision was made to carry out the exhibition precisely at this location: “As of today, this is the only special purpose area for such large exhibition events in St. Petersburg, therefore the organisation of the exhibition in Lenexpo is a new stage of development of our project , which already occupies an area of more that 11,000 sq m,” noted the director, who then added, “And additionally, will include an actively formed exposition in an open area.”

The Brand, Real Estate Fair, includes three independent exhibition projects: “City Real Estate”, “Foreign Real Estate Salon”, and “Cottages and Country Construction”. This spring, the exhibition will take place in the same period as the VII St.Petersburg International Property Show , which , according to experts, will provide a synergistic effect that will increase attendance of both events.

General Director of ExpoForum JSC, Anatoly Erkulov, commented about the new partnership: “We are striving to form a pool of strategic partners, organisers of such exhibition projects, and which are leaders of their respective industries. The new Convention and Exhibition Centre “ExpoForum”, which opens in 2014, will be the platform where these exhibitions will take place at the highest level, and correspond to international standards."
