OREANDA-NEWS. January 30, 2012. The Cabinet of Ministers of Belarus has developed a draft resolution with an eye to cancelling the government order for brewer’s barley and sugar beet in 2012, a government official told reporters on condition of anonymity.

The government order will be abandoned to let companies procure brewer’s barley and sugar beet on direct contracts with crop producers, the official explained. It is time processing companies adopted business practices that are common in the rest of world, the official said.
