This is the green energy conservation model villa which is all made by Baosteel's desulphurization gypsum, water slag, steel slag, slag wool, coal ash these by-product of steel. This is a new achievement which Baosteel acquire in the field of steel renewable resource comprehensive using, it also inject a whole new idea of material and construction, reported the press-centre of Baosteel.

During steel producing, it will generate a lot of by-product resource such as blast furnace water slag, converter steel slag, electrical plant and desulphurization gypsum. The comprehensive using renewable resource is an essential part of steel green production chain, Baosteel definite "it will constantly improve return production utilization ratio of by-product resource, improve socialization utilization value of by-product resource, improve industry of energy conservation environmental protection process technology and equipment manufacture technology, improve industry competitiveness of energy conservation environmental protection service "as one of the targets for saving energy and reducing emissions, and take advantage of research, constantly improve comprehensive using additional value of by-product resource. In the field of construction material, slag powder, special admixture of concrete and high and low calcium compound fly ash which researched by Baosteel are extensive used in the important project such as East China Sea bridge, Shanghai center and Hong Qiao traffic hub etc.

Wall, floor and roof board are all made by desulphurization gypsum which is from Baosteel power plant, it break through the technical bottleneck that desulphurization gypsum is not suitable for outer wall bearing plate, the performance of product satisfy the corresponding national and industry standard. Inner wall color adopts series product of premixed dry mortar, outer wall board built-in heat insulating material of mineral wool, the whole building is energy conservation and heating preservation, it adopts Shanghai construction energy conservation standard. The foundation concrete of building is made by slag powder, the ground and pavement are all laid by color wear proof water permeable brick which is made by steel slag.
