State Budget Revenue of Moldova Made USD 1.58 bn in 2011
OREANDA-NEWS. January 30, 2012. The state budget revenue of Moldova made up 18 bln. 637,8 mln. leis (USD 1,58 bln.) in 2011, 8,6% (1470,1 mln. leis) up as compared with 2010. In 2011 the state budget revenue were 430,1 mln. leis (2,3%) less than the indicator budgeted.
The principal incomes made up 16 bln. 464,4 mln. leis (96,3% of the target) in 2011. As compared with 2010, they grew by 1 bln. 339 mln. leis (8,9%). Public institutions financed from the state budget accumulated the special means incomes at a sum of 1 bln. 168 mln. leis (99,2% of the target).
As compared with 2010, they increased by 101,1 mln. leis (9,5%). The special funds incomes amounted to 355,2 mln. leis (98,5% of the target for 2011) and exceeded the indicators of the previous year by 36,7 mln. leis (11,5%). The incomes from projects backed from external sources were 668,3 mln. leis (146,8% of the sum budgeted) of which grants made up 628,7 mln. leis, including inner grants at a sum of 16,1 mln. leis, and outer ones at a sum of 612,6 mln. leis. At the same time, expenditures of the state budget made up 20 bln. leis (98,2% of the target). As compared with 2010, they increased by 1 bln. 202,2 mln. leis (6,4%).
The principal expenditures were 17 bln. 277,7 mln. leis (99% of the sum budgeted). As compared with 2010, they grew by 822 mln. leis (5%.). The state budget deficit made up 1 bln. 362,2 mln. leis in 2011. It was covered with means received from the state securities issue at a sum of 164,5 mln. leis, means received from external financial aid at an amount of 1 bln. 133,5 mln. leis (USD 96,8 mln.), from earnings for sale and privatization of public property at a sum of 135,7 mln. leis and from other sources. At the same time, for obligations to external creditors to be fulfilled, 732 mln. leis were allotted to return the principal sum of credits.
