OREANDA-NEWS. January 27, 2012. Taking care of further training and education of its employees, ASTARTA creates all necessary conditions for personnel development. During preparation for a new production season training courses for administrative and production specialists are held in all business units.

In January comprehensive training of agronomists took place, where problems of the efficiency of organic fertilizers, use of intensive technologies of cereals and oil crops cultivation, measures of combating with plant diseases were reviewed. The speakers of the training were the scientists of the institutes of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine and representatives of the leading suppliers of agro-materials and technologies.

In February, trainings organized with the assistance of agricultural equipment suppliers for machine and combine operators of agricultural companies are planned. The trainings are to be attended by more than hundred of specialists - operators of the modern technology such as Fendt, Case, Manitou and John Deere. For the specialists of personnel and financial services, specialists of the sugar plants and livestock farms intensive trainings are planned as well.
