"Many customers get disappointed in their insurance companies at the stage of claim settlement. However, not everybody makes wonder that it is several parties that are involved in this process: customer him/herself, insurer, law enforcement authorities, assistance companies, service station etc. The progress of the case depends at each stage depends on each of these parties, i.e. any chain link may become cause of a holdback. That's why we, as an insurance company, regard our role in the efficient claim settlement management not only in the framework of our internal procedures, but also beyond them. We inform and consult our customers, wisely build and control cooperation with other involved parties.
