OREANDA-NEWS. January 27, 2012. JSC "Insurance Company Pana Insurance" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders will be held on February 10, 2012, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The sole issue on the meeting's agenda is the issue of voluntary delisting of JSC "Insurance Company Pana Insurance" shares from KASE official list.

The said meeting will be held at 273a Furmanov str., Almaty.
