OREANDA-NEWS. January 27, 2012. Within the framework of reconstruction and building of the Donetsk Station Complex there have already been built all the main buildings of railway station. According to on-line data, currently there carries out internal building works and landscaping the surrounding area of the railway station in Donetsk.

Recall, the concept of development of the Donetsk Station provides the building of new suburban rail and transit stations, the concors for suburban and transit passengers, construction of two public and commercial facilities, reconstruction of the existing station and railroad lines facilities.

Implementation of these works will allow to increase carrying capacity of the railway station complex up to 30 thousand passengers per day, as well as to improve the quality of passenger service.

In 2011, for completion of these works it is draw funds more than 355 million UAH another 370.1 million it is planned to allocate in 2012.
