OREANDA-NEWS. January 27, 2012. Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, Andrey Kashevarov, made a presentation at the III International Forum: “Exchange and Non-Exchange Markets of Oil and Oil Products in the Russian Federation”, reported the press-centre of FAS.

Andrey Kashevarov told Forum participants about FAS initiatives regarding exchange mechanisms in antimonopoly regulation. “Our goal is to market the market predictable”, emphasized Mr. Kashevarov.

The audience showed considerable interest towards the issues of developing price indicators and competitive pricing at exchange trading, developing liquidity market of oil products, as well as launching a new mechanism of selling oil products at Unified Trading Session.

“Exchange is a unique mechanism that is formed for convenience of market participants”, said Andrey Kashevarov.

Forum participants also discussed the issues of developing срочных instruments for ESPO oil. “We must create conditions for non-residents completing transactions using domestic infrastructure”, pointed out Deputy Head of FAS.
