OREANDA-NEWS. January 26, 2012. According to the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers, the State Financial Inspection conducted monitoring and analyses of all decisions of local authorities to raise tariffs for works and services that have occurred since January 2012.

Thus, in fact, in any materials there has not been found legitimacy of the justification for increase of prices for tariffs. This was stated by the Head of State Financial Inspection Petro Andreyev at the Cabinet session.

"In fact, an analysis of forming of the cost value and the basic costs incurred by housing and communal services there did not made. It seems that the leaders of housing and communal services consider their activities and work in these enterprises as own business. Do they have a task: how to make a lot of money and at the cost of whom?" Petro Andreyev stated.

According to received information, raising tariffs for housing and communal services occurred mainly in the Zhytomyr, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Poltava, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
