Tatfondbank Retail Lending Portfolio More Than Doubled
OREANDA-NEWS. January 26, 2012. AIKB Tatfondbank considered its performance in 2011. As at the year-end, the Bank’s assets grew by 27.2% totalling RUB 96.9 billion, reported the press-centre of Tatfondbank.
The Bank’s lending portfolio increased by 25.8% totalling RUB 51.7 billion, with the corporate lending portfolio having grown by 16%. The highest growth rate was recorded for retail lending portfolio, which more than doubled over the year (up to RUB 8.2 billion), the growth in the fourth quarter being 42%.
Corporate customer accounts grew by 26.9% to total RUB 12.6 billion. Retail accounts exceeded RUB 29.3 billion, having increased by 24.3% from the beginning of the year.
The number of cards at the beginning of 2012 exceeded 389 000, the growth over the year having exceeded 19%.
In 2011, Tatfondbank opened 22 units, having come to such regions as Ufa, Samara, Saratov, Yoshkar-Ola, and Izhevsk. The Bank’s regional network currently consists of 109 units, including branches in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Surgut, Cheboksary, and Perm.
In 2011, Moody’s Investors Service once again confirmed ratings of Tatfondbank. The agency noted the entrenched position of the Bank in the banking market of the Republic of Tatarstan (Ba1/stable outlook).
