OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2012. JSC "Insurance Company Alliance Policy" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders is to be held on February 10, 2012, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The sole issue on the meeting's agenda is the issue of changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of JSC "Insurance Company Alliance Policy".

The mentioned meeting will be held at 273a Furmanov str., Almaty.
