OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2012. The Bugulma Mechanical Plant (BMP), which is part of TATNEFT structure, implemented new technologies and equipment in 2011 within the framework of enhancing the BMP performance effectiveness and creating the conditions for productivity growth and competitiveness, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

Introductions of the last year include such developments as a "Portamill" CNC machining center, an Italian make automatic molding line for the foundry, a horizontal boring machining center, "OLIMPUS" bandsaw machine for cutting profiles of all metals. Also experimental works on the out-of-furnace metallothermy of large vessels were carried out in 2011. The equipment for aligning and subsequent shells mating was manufactured and implemented at the site of large-capacity equipment.

Solving the tasks of further modernization and modern techniques application will be continued in 2012.

The introduction of modern equipment, application of innovative technologies, high qualification of professionals and modernization of the production facilities allow the plant's products to fully comply with modern standards and requirements of consumers and expand the number of new customers.
