OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2012. As of mid-January, 2012 Ukraine International Airlines has significantly expanded route network between Ukraine and France (Marseille, Lyon, and Nice), reported the press-centre of UIA.
The interline agreement (code-sharing) with the largest European carrier – Air France – will allow passengers traveling from France to quickly and conveniently reach Kiev and take advantage of UIA daily flights to major Ukrainian cities: Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Lvov, Simferopol, and Odessa. Simultaneously, UIA passengers will definitely benefit from the opportunity to double-daily reach Marseille, Lyon, and Nice via Paris.
“Interline code-sharing agreements provide passengers with maximum opportunities for comfortable air travels, afford access to more attractive tariffs, allow to get awards and bonuses of Panorama Club UIA loyalty program, as well as purchase tickets for core-sharing flights on UIA website www.flyuia.com, – noted Sergey Fomenko, UIA Executive Vice-President Commercial. – UIA interline agreements with 16 air carriers worldwide allow us not only to immediately meet the rapidly growing passenger demand for traditional UIA destinations but also to enlarge the range of offers by successfully using our partners` route network”.
