OREANDA-NEWS. January 24, 2012. JSC "Batys tranzit" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders will be held on February 13, 2012 at 11:00 o'clock, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The sole issue on the meeting's agenda is the issue of Batys tranzit's participation in the Post-Crisis Recovery Program (rehabilitation of competitive enterprises) approved by resolution No. 225 of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 4, 2011.

The mentioned meeting will be held at 162j Shevchenko str., office 501, Almaty.
