Ukraine Enhances Responsibility of Officials
OREANDA-NEWS. January 24, 2012. The Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Article 166-10 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences to enhance responsibility of officials of state and local governments for violating the legislation on issuing permits" came into force.
The document established a clear set of administrative violations in the areas of business activity and issuance of permits and a list of sanctions for their commission.
The law provides fines from 510 to 1190 UAH for refusing to issue permits on the grounds provided by law, violation of permitting authorities authorization document issuance, revocation of permits arbitrary document, issuing permits, the need to obtain is not set by law, failure to notify or untimely notification public administrator of an entity to refuse the issuance of permits; unfounded refusal to accept the application administrator for obtaining permits and more.
