OREANDA-NEWS. January 24, 2012. During 2011 year the Pension Fund of Ukraine fulfilled its international obligations to pay pensions abroad and foreign pensions in Ukraine.

Thus, according to Ukraine's international obligations for the reporting period, management of international cooperation ensured timely payment of pensions in 19 countries to citizens of Ukraine residing abroad, the amount of 1280.16 thousand dollars and 971.83 thousand Euros.

Pensioners of foreign countries residing in Ukraine, according to international treaties received pensions at the amount 2,277.27 thousand dollars and 342.06 thousand Euros.

Also it has been carried out the work on confirmation of insurance (labor) experience gained by citizens in Ukraine. Foreign establishments in Bulgaria, Spain, Russia, Slovakia, Hungary, the Czech Republic prepared and sent 2687 forms, certificates of proof of insurance (employment) record of Ukrainian citizens residing abroad.

Cooperation with foreign institutions to protect the rights of Ukrainian citizens continues.
