OREANDA-NEWS. January 23, 2012. Baltikums Bank conducted the Aspects of Cooperation with Baltikums Bank Conference, with the Bank’s partners from CIS and European countries participating, reported the press-centre of Baltikums Bank.

The Bank’s management drew particular attention to its primary lines of business – Private Banking and Corporate Banking & Capital Markets – and acquainted attendees with the Bank’s history, financial results for 2001, and potential for cooperation with the Bank. The programme included a report on global economic trends, investment opportunities in the coming year, and fiduciary services.

The most relevant issues discussed were obtaining a residence permit in the Republic of Latvia, opportunities for expanding customers’ businesses by resorting to various sources of investment, use of documentary operations in trade financing, and the Bank’s crediting trends. Private Banking representatives introduced the Bank’s partners a new Advisory booklet about one of its main lines of business.
