OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2012. Last year it was announced that since July 1st, 2011 there were renewed active operations not only in the primary but also in the secondary housing market. Today, among our partners of the State Mortgage Institution (SMI), there are 111 banks that provide loans for our conditions. This was stated by the Chairman of the board SMI Victor Mirgorodsky.

The State Mortgage Institution after renovation active operations with refinancing of mortgage loans in 2011 is purchased 290 mortgage loans totaling more than 76 million UAH at its partner banks.

"290 credits – are usually a little bit, but we stress that redeemed all the loans that meet our Standards. There is a positive trend. Number of applications from banks to refinance are growing," said the Chairman of the SMI.

Most active interest and financial resources of SMI by partner banks was observed at the end of 2011. Only for the last month last year, the SMI acquired 130 mortgage loans in partner banks, representing almost 45% of the total number of loans refinanced by the SMI in 2011.

Mortgage loans provided by banks in cooperation with the SMI had in the past year the greatest demand by the best conditions which are in the mortgage market.
