OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2012. Prime Minister Mykola Azarov demands that in 2012 year the twisted, malicious system of relations between governments and businesses which restrict economic freedom will be finally demounted. This was started by the Prime Minister during a session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

"Introduction of "one stop window" of electronic systems of communication of business with authority, which excludes "corruption talks" with businessmen, is a priority for the Government task. Personal and special responsibility lies on the First vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade Andriy Klyuyev. I put demand: deformed, damaging relations system, which restricts economic freedom, finally to remove and do it this year"- Mykola Azarov set the task.

The Prime Minister expressed indignation that Ukraine still now after the administrative reform remains many different supervisory and regulatory bodies.

"It turns out that in spite of the decisive steps in the deregulation 88 bodies still have powers of control. They issue permits of 37 bodies; 34 bodies issue and cancel licenses. But only 21 bodies have the right to terminate or suspend the economic activity. It is totally unacceptable situation" - Mykola Azarov emphasized, adding that it was unacceptable for the Government or business.
