Novikombank Implements ISO 9001 Quality Management System
OREANDA-NEWS. January 18, 2012. Novikombank has completed its implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system. As a result of a certification audit in December 2011 by JSC VNIIS and German TUV Rheinland, Novikombank was confirmed as being in conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
Use of the quality management system is intended to take Novikombank to new heights in the area of client service and ensure that the quality of banking products and services meets consumer requirements. Implementation of ISO 9001 standards is an important step in organising system and process management of the bank’s activities. This will enable the bank to significantly improve its corporate management effectiveness and achieve further growth of business volumes.
