ENRC (Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation) and akim of Karagandy region signed a memorandum on mutual co-operation in the field of implementation of social projects for 2012. According to a tradition, the parties have selected a row of priorities in need for support from large businesses. In particular, the corporation continues financing projects fostering healthcare, education, sports, as well as supporting vulnerable social groups.

The memorandum's total amount made up KZT723.3 m. The financing will be carried out by the corporate fund "ENRC Komek" and JSC "TNK "Kazchrome", part of ENRC.
