OREANDA-NEWS. January 17, 2012. SOLLERS OJSC and Mazda Motor Corporation announced their intention to establish a Joint Venture that will produce vehicles in Vladivostok.

On November 26, 2011, in Vladivostok, SOLLERS and Mazda Motor Corporation signed a memorandum of intent, which stipulates that the parties plan to launch a new Joint Venture based on the SOLLERS-Far East facilities. The new venture will produce vehicles for the Russian market.

And I am confident that the expertise and highly competitive product of Mazda as well as our unique experience in setting up industrial and logistics infrastructure in the region will provide the framework for this project, which is so important not only for the Russian Far East, but also for all Russian consumers", said Vadim Shvetsov, General Director of SOLLERS.
