After Australia Queensland UOE line pipe project, steel tube and steel bar business unit and Howa Trading Co., Ltd. work together during several rounds business negotiation to win the bid of Australia QCLNG all branch of line pipe about 2.6 millions ton of HFW line pipe contract, reported the press-centre of Baosteel.

The bid which Baosteel won is the branch project of Curtis LNG line pipe project in Queensland Australia. The bid contract is the biggest lots since put Baosteel HFW pipe welding plant into production. The user is strict with the producing quality of whole project, carry out full process supervision from steel making to pipe producing.

The program document shall be provided before execute every key process. The produce standard of this lot of line pipe is quite strict, and carry out HFW package supply mode. The project team is made up of steel tube and steel bar business unit and Howa Trading Co., Ltd., during technical communicate with user and several rounds of pilot manufacturing, product is approved by user and finally take full charge of contract.
