OREANDA-NEWS. January 17, 2012. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to increase salaries of employees of some institutions and organizations of budget sphere. The appropriate Resolution is approved by the Government. Its registration is number 10.

The Resolution provides growth during the first year, the rate of the first tariff category of workers of industries of the economy, payment of which is performed by the Unified tariff scale of categories and coefficients. In particular, this applies to staff of an education sphere.

Thus, in 2012 salaries (tariff rates) are calculated based on the level of salaries (tariff rates) of the employee of 1 tariff category from January 1 - 773 UAH, from April 1 - 794 UAH, from July 1 - 802 UAH, from September 1 - 807 UAH, from October 1 - 823 UAH, from December 1 - 839 UAH.

For employees, who according the Unified tariff scale, have salaries less than the minimum wage, in the staff listing on January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1 and December 1, salaries (tariff rates) there are set at the following rates:

1 tariff level - 1073, 1094, 1102, 1118 and 1134 UAH;
2 tariff level - 1078, 1099, 1107, 1123 and 1139 UAH;
3 tariff level - 1088, 1109, 1117, 1133 and 1149 UAH;
4 tariff level - 1098, 1119, 1127, 1143 and 1159 UAH;
5 tariff level - 1108, 1129, 1137, 1153 and 1169 UAH.

Now the Ministry is developed a draft Order to make corresponding changes to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine dated 26.09.2005 № 557 "On the order of payment terms of work and approval of tariff schemes of employees of educational institutions and research institutions."
