OREANDA-NEWS. January 16, 2012. Based on the results of the investigations carried out by Superjob.ru, E4 Group has been awarded with the status of Ownable Employer 2011 among the companies which operate in Russia.

This year was the fifth time when the largest recruitment web-site Superjob.ru made the Ownable Employer investigation. The aim of the investigation was to find companies which were an ambition for employees to work for during all the outgoing year long.

The Ownable Employer 2011 status was awarded to the companies which were actively seeking for staff personnel for all year long by posting vacancies on the Superjob web-site. When summarizing the investigation results the following aspects were taken into account: job seekers’ interest in a company’s vacancies, number of views and applications to vacancies, no claims from job seekers about the vacancies posted, and the level of the offered remuneration, as far as pursuant to the requirements it must be not less than the average market level for a city where a vacancy has been posted.
