OREANDA-NEWS.  January 16, 2012. The Bank of Moscow and OOO TRANSHYDROSTROY have entered into a loan agreement whereunder the Bank will extend to the company a RUR 700 mln loan. The purpose of the loan is the fulfilment of the municipal order and in more details the construction of facilities important for the city, such as the reconstruction of the Rublevskaya water preparation station, water treatment facilities in Zelenograd and the construction of water treatment facilities in Biryulevo.

Earlier the Bank of Moscow provided to the company three guarantees securing the performance under the state contracts and two guarantees to secure the recovery of advance payment for the benefit of the Moscow Construction Department and the Capital Construction Administration of Moscow to the total amount of RUR 448 mln. In particular, the advance payments made by the state customers were use for the construction of water treatment facilities in the town of Alabushevo in the Zelenograd Administrative District and the construction of the heating main in the Biryulovo East Region was started.

The core activity of the company is the construction of hydro-technical buildings and structures and utility lines under orders placed by the Moscow Government.
