OREANDA-NEWS. January 16, 2012. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, in November, 2011, as compared with November, 2010, the growth of industrial production made up 3,5%. The growth of industrial production in the period of January-November, 2011 was determined by the 12,3% rise in production in mining industry and by 10,3%.- increase in production of processing industry. Alongside with this, this period was characterized by the 1,4% decline in production and distribution of heat and power production.

Within 11 months of 2011 foods and beverages produced increased by 2,2%, as compared with the same period in 2010. in particular, manufacture, processing and tinning of meat and meat foods grew by 13,1%; production of beverages increased by 5,7%; processing and tinning of vegetables and fruit rose by 4,7%; milk and dairy grew by 1,4%. Within the same period production of medical, precious and optical devices increased by 42,7%; manufacture of electrical machines and equipment grew by 40,4%; other machines and equipment manufacture rose by 33,3%; paper and cardboard rose by 17,1%; leathers and foot wear production increased by 16,5%; complete metal products other than machines and equipment grew by 15,3%.

Printed production and information material reproduction increased by 13,6%. Production of tobacco goods grew by12,6%; cloths – by 12,4%; textiles – by 10,6%; furniture – by 10,3%; other non metal mineral products (glass, items from concrete, gypsum, and cement) – by 7,1%; timber and wooden items – by 2,3%.

At the same time there was the decline in flour-grinding production by 10,3%; in vegetable and animal oils and fats by 8,5%; in metallurgical manufacture by 4,1%; in chemical industry – by 1,9%. The steam and hot water supply shrank by 0,8%, and power production and distribution declined by 1,8%.
