OREANDA-NEWS. January 16, 2012. The State budget has received all funds from the sale of shares of JSC "Donetskoblenergo" of 467.6 million UAH.

Taking into account revenue from the sale of shares of JSC "Zakhidenergo" of 1.9321 billion UAH at the beginning of 2012 year from privatization it has been received more than 2.4 billion UAH. This is actually a quarter revenues from privatization (at the rate 10 billion UAH) planed for the year.

Competition with use openness of price offering for the tender for selling 40.061% shares of Donetskoblenergo plc was held on January 11 2012 year. The competition was taken part of Holdings Ltd and "Lugansk Energy Association" LLC. According to fee proposal of companies Holdings Ltd offered for shares of Donetskoblenergo plc 449.6 million UAH, Lugansk Energy Association LLC - 449.5 million UAH.

As a result of auctions package price rose to 467.6 million UAH. The winner became Holdings Ltd.

The initial value of state stockholding of Donetskoblenergo plc was 449.5 million UAH.

Selling price of shares of energy companies compared with the initial increased for 18.1 million UAH.
