OREANDA-NEWS. January 16, 2012. Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has entrusted the State Tax Service to ensure organized "with maximum care to the people" work aimed at receiving documents of entrepreneurs of the simplified tax system. The Head of Government informed about this chatting in social network Facebook.

According to him the corresponding order Mykola Azarov made to the Chairman of the State Tax Service Oleksandr Klymenko during today's meeting, Klymenko reported that "all tax authorities are working with extended working day and there will not be problems with the registration, including new codes for people who paid tax on simplified system".

"I gave him an instruction that this work was organized, with maximum care to the people", - Mykola Azarov emphasized, adding that if any delay and will be, then no penalties for businesses should not to do.

"The relevant protocol decision of the Cabinet of Ministers has already adopted. I hope this year will be decisive in terms of creating favorable conditions for SMEs and indeed for the investment environment of the country", - the Prime Minister said.

However, Mykola Azarov informed that he discussed with the head of STS reduction in 2012 at least in two times inspections of entrepreneurs which are held by tax authorities. "We have agreed with him that if in 2010 year the Tax Service conducted 20 thousands of planned inspections in 2011 - about 11 thousand, in 2012, they have to work exclusively on those enterprises which belong to the category of risk and this, at least in twice more will reduce the number of inspections. And when you consider that we have over 1 million businesses, just agree, checks will not be a "whip" for business"- the Prime Minister said.

At the same time Mykola Azarov noted that today the Government is considering the issue of settlement of activity of other supervisory bodies - fireman, sanitary and epidemic authority and others. "I believe that here we will achieve significant progress too" - he said.
