OREANDA-NEWS. January 16, 2012. "Tatneft-AZS Center" Company was awarded a diploma for achieving significant results in the introduction of efficient management practices, quality of products and services, and maintaining safe labor environment as a result of the contest for the prizes of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan for the quality of 2011, reported the press-centre of Tatneft.

The results of the annual open republican contest were announced at the end of the last year.

Participating in this contest "Tatneft-AZS Center" pursues the objective of receiving an independent expert evaluation to determine the level of progress in the quality management system and development of the programs for further improvement of its activity.

The quality of products sold is one of the priorities for "Tatneft-AZS Center". The Company sells all kinds of motor fuels meeting modern requirements of the standards and technical regulations "About requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, jet fuel and heating oil", approved by RF Government Decree No. 118 dated February 27, 2008. One of the evidences of this was a month's campaign arranged in November-December 2011 under the leadership of the State Budgetary Institution "Management of sustainable use of energy resources" for checking the quality of motor fuel consumed in the Republic of Tatarstan.

All in all 157 samples of petroleum products (including 135 samples of gasoline and 22 samples of diesel fuel) had been collected during the month's campaign at the filling stations of TATNEFT. According to the tests performed by independent laboratories, all samples collected complied with standards and technical regulations.

"Tatneft-AZS Center" continues to work on increasing the number of filling stations participating in the voluntary certification system. The voluntary certification of filling stations, which the filling stations of TATNEFT successfully comply with is confirmed by additional inspections by the certifying body and indicates compliance of the facilities' technical condition with the requirements of regulatory documents and demonstrates the high quality of the products sold. Accordingly this confirms the openness and social responsibility of the Company to consumers and the public.

Simultaneously the Company has got the reputation as a bona fide executor of orders and established mutually beneficial long term relationships with major partners, namely, TNK-BP, OAO "NK" Rosneft, OOO Lukoil-Rezervnefteprodukt, ANK Bashneft, etc.

High results were achieved thanks to the efforts, experience and high professionalism of the management and the team of professionals working in "Tatneft-AZS Center" Company. As of today the company has 8 branches in 6 constituents of the Russian Federation: Kazan, Almetyevsk, Bavly, Chelny, Mari, Samara, Ulyanovsk and Chuvash branches. The total number of the Company's and its branches' employees is 4106 persons.
