OREANDA-NEWS.  January 13, 2012. Daiichi Sankyo Company Limited (hereafter, Daiichi Sankyo) today announced that the Daiichi Sankyo Kusuri Museum, initially referenced in the company’s October 2011 notice regarding the consolidation of its Tokyo headquarters, will open on February 3, 2012.

The museum will offer an entertaining, “experienced-based” learning opportunity to visitors, introducing the highly specialized field of medicine in an accessible, easy-to-understand way. Daiichi Sankyo hopes that the museum will contribute to the local community as a cultural facility to introduce the company’s history and promote public understanding and trust in the pharmaceutical industry.
