Moldova Has not Back Idea to Exempt People with Childs from Income Tax
OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2012. The government of Moldova has reported out the respective indicative put forward by the parliament. The fiscal law in force has already contains the graduating system of fiscal exemption for dependants depending on their number.
Taxpayers have the right to be exempted from the tax at a sum of 1,8 thousand annually per head. The exemption for persons with childhood disability makes up 8,1 thousand leis. According to the estimate of cost for medium –term period for 2012-2014 the sums of personal exemptions and exemptions for dependants will grow annually and be adjusted to the inflation rate to support vulnerable people.
The head of the ministry of finance has noted that the amendments suggested, if approved, will give privileges to those who receive incomes from salaries against those who receive incomes from other sources and those who receive incomes from salaries but have less than four children. The realization of this initiative would lead to emerging of various patters of tax dodging, Veaceslav Negruta has added.
