OREANDA-NEWS.  January 12, 2012. The construction of a big shopping and entertainment centre in the south of the Turkmen capital will be launched in Ashgabat. The building owner is the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

The new centre is to be built by the consortium of private enterprises which will design and construct the new building and improve the adjacent territory. The total area of the shopping and entertainment centre which will spring up in one of the dynamically developing districts of the Turkmen capital is 17.5 hectare. The facility is to be put into operation in late 2014.
