OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2012. The Bank of Moscow has resumed extending its "Land Mortgaged Loan to Build a House" product. The product is unique in that the loan is extended in several tranches allowing to increase the credit limit as the borrower builds a house with the market price of the subject of mortgage growing.

"The introduction of the new mortgaged loan programme is another step to broadening the mortgage programme line and strengthening the position of the Bank of Moscow in the mortgaged loan market," says Oleg Pyatlin, Head of the Mortgage Department of the Bank of Moscow.
