OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2012. The Board of Directors of KAMAZ’s subsidiary – Trailer KAMAZ Inc. – held a meeting in Moscow.

The main issue on the agenda was to discuss and approve the 2012 business plan of Trailer KAMAZ Inc. It is planned to sell 3,224 trailers and semitrailers in 2012, which is by 18% more than it has been sold this year. This figure includes 2,623 trailers and 601 semi-trailers. The company will sell spare parts to the tune of 46.5 million rubles, which is by 14% more than the 2011 performance.

The main objectives for 2012 set by the KAMAZ Trailer Inc. are the following:
to increase production volumes of commodity products;
to enhance the customer appeal and the environmental profile of products;
to reduce costs and increase profitability;
to raise labour productivity.
