JSC "Tsesnabank" (Astana), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a certificate issued by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on August 10, 2011 to confirm the state registration of Tsesnabank's third bond program.

According to the FSC NBK certificate, the issue volume of Tsesnabank's bond program makes up KZT100.0 bn. The issue has been entered into the State Register of Serial Securities under No. E08.
